You may have seen on all, or most of our marketing……. “My marketing plan gets results!” But what does that mean? It’s quite simple, with all the marketing we do, we get the job done, and get it done right! When your home is listed with The Harmes Team, it will be included in our all of our marketing listed below.  Here is some insight into our extensive marketing plan.
A quarterly newsletter that will be sent to the neighborhoods The Harmes Team specializes in. Each newsletter will have a series of nine houses featured from that specific neighborhood stating what each sold for in that specific area. We will feature some under contract and active listings as well. Each newsletter will also include current articles that pertain to Colorado’s housing market, helpful household hints, maybe even a recipe or two! Our current newsletter features an article about why now is the time to sell.
Every month, we also send out mailers to our specialized neighborhoods. These mailers usually include a Harmes Team newly listed home, along with what the current housing market looks like in that area. The mailer includes our website, contact information, and social media links.
Each week we create a new blog featuring stories about people’s house buying experiences, helpful tips for selling your home, local market updates and neighborhood and city events.
Daily, we like to post to social media. Our listings are featured separately on the various social media links, which keeps your home in the public’s eye, along with prospective buyers in touch with us. We will even let you know what is going on the market areas.
The Harmes Team website, DenverMetroHomes.com offers many user-friendly features. Not only are our listings featured, the website includes community links, free home valuation link, property search, map search, mortgage calculator and Lender information.
