We’re closed and done!                 We have finally closed on our first house, and let me tell you I’m so happy it’s done! As I may have mentioned in previous blogs, this process started over a year ago. We had tried purchasing a home a year ago and had no luck with getting one. However we also weren’t working with Jeffrey Harmes and the Harmes team either! They are what made the biggest difference for us this year vs. last year.                 Our closing went pretty smoothly, it probably was the smoothest thing through this entire home buying process. The night before the closing, my dad flew in for moral support and to celebrate with us. Thursday morning at 9am, we were at Chicago Title, getting ready to close on this house. We had a nice full room that included, my husband and I, the Seller and his Realtor, our teams realtors Scotty and Lynn.
