What's Going on in the Market in Denver...

Here's what's going on..  Although Real Estate in Denver set the record in June,  the Realtors are actually sensing that the frenzy is cooling down this month.  "There is a general feeling that things are cooling,"said Anthony Rael, chairman of the market trends committee of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors. Aside from the fact that there are fewer offers for above list price homes, single family homes were observed to have stayed longer in the market.
According to Emilie Rusch of The Denver Post, “Denver’s Housing Market may be crazy, but it is still possible to buy.” Buying or selling a home is no rocket science. There is no certainty in this market, but there is always a possibility.  Just like what Re/Max Alliance broker and chairman of the market trends committee of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors, Anthony Rael said, "If you're a buyer and you're committed to the process, you're going to find something.
All it takes is to work with the right team who will be your liaison in the entire Buying or Selling process, flexibility and proper timing.  Jeffrey Harmes and The Harmes Teamyour residential specialists in the Denver North Metro area, is such a team who is always on top of what’s going on in the market and would always negotiate in your best interest.
